What you'll do
- •Serve as the dedicated AML/CFT compliance officer under Article 7 of the Money Laundering Control Act, coordinating and supervising the company's AML/CFT program.
- •Support the MLRO and act as alternate/deputy in their absence.
- •Develop and maintain the AML/CFT internal control manual, standard operating procedures, and risk assessment reports.
- •Conduct Customer Due Diligence (KYC), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring.
- •Review suspicious transaction alerts (STR) and determine whether to file reports with the Money Laundering Prevention Center, Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau (TW FIU).
- •File suspicious transaction reports (STRs) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- •Conduct at least 12 hours of AML/CFT training annually and maintain training records.
- •Cooperate with FSC examinations and provide necessary documentation and reports.
- •Monitor regulatory updates, assess impact on company operations, and propose response recommendations.
