Derivatives Sales Associate

Join Coinbase as a Derivatives Sales Associate to drive growth in APAC by building relationships with VIP traders and institutions. Own the sales cycle and contribute to the future of finance in a dynamic remote environment. Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.”

• •Own end-to-end business development for derivatives in APAC, from client origination through negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing account management to maximize trading volumes.
• •Drive targeted sales strategies that grow market penetration and revenue across VIP clients, crypto-native high-volume traders, and institutional accounts.
• •Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM with consistent tracking, timely follow-up, and transparent reporting against revenue and volume targets.
• •Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, compliance, and operations to deliver client-centric solutions tailored for APAC markets.
• •Lead Coinbase's presence at client meetings, industry events, and conferences across the region as a senior market ambassador.
• •Shape Coinbase's competitive positioning and product roadmap by capturing and sharing market intelligence from client interactions and regional trends.

• •The target annual base salary for this position can range from $68K to $112K.
• •Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
