Overview

Requirements
- •At least 6 years in product design: B2C, high-load services, e-commerce, or travel-tech.
- •At least 2 years in a product design leadership position.
- •Portfolio with cases on developing visual language and implementing design systems.
- •Cases with measurable business impact: conversion growth, reduced churn, increased LTV.
- •Experience managing multiple design directions and establishing processes.
