Description
What you'll do
- β’Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, both within and outside the Arbitrum community.
- β’Act as a key point of contact for technical inquiries and support.
- β’Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture a vibrant developer community around Arbitrum.
- β’Organise meetups, webinars, workshops, and other events.
- β’Create and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and contribute to the open source ecosystem.
- β’Deliver educational content through various channels.
- β’Gather feedback from developers and relay it to our product and engineering teams.
- β’Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams.
- β’Track and analyse developer engagement metrics.
- β’Assess leads from a technical standpoint.
Requirements
- β’Fluent in one or more general-purpose languages (e.g.
Typescript, Python, Go, Rust, Java, etc).
- β’Fundamentals of Solidity.
- β’Deep understanding of blockchain technology and EVM solutions.
- β’Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- β’Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- β’Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- β’Bachelor in computer science or equivalent work experience.
**Nice to have**
- β’Prior experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or a related role.
- β’Demonstrated experience in community building and engagement.
- β’Prior commercial experience with Solidity.
- β’Exposure to Rust.
- β’Open-source contributor on the EVM space.
- β’You speak another language (e.g.
Spanish, Hindi, Chinese, Korean, Japanese).
