DevOps/ AI Developer

We are looking for a DevOps/AI Developer for a business automation project in St. Petersburg. The role involves working with powerful hardware and a hybrid work format. We are a Group of Companies "Furshtat Povolzhye" (field: pawn business, jewelry retail, real estate). We are developing a sovereign, fully isolated IT infrastructure on our own high-performance equipment (NVIDIA GPU).

• •Infrastructure as Code: Deployment and configuration of servers (Ubuntu), orchestration via Docker/Docker Compose.
• •AI & RAG: Deployment of local models (Ollama, vLLM), configuration of vector databases (Qdrant/Milvus), integration of heavy models for local training.
• •Data Pipeline: Setting up pipelines for OCR (document recognition), data cleansing, and vectorization.
• •Integration: Configuring n8n, automating interactions with clients via WhatsApp/Telegram (using load balancers to bypass blocks).
• •Security: Ensuring network security, setting up VPN/Proxy for API access under restrictions.

• •Fixed payment for stages or project-based.
• •Work strictly with individual entrepreneurs or self-employed, mandatory NDA signing.
• •Willingness to work in-person in St. Petersburg.

• •Experience as a DevOps/System Architect for at least 3 years.
• •Proficient stack: Linux, Docker, Python.
• •Practical experience with LLM (deployment, quantization, RAG).
• •Understanding of how messenger APIs work and methods to bypass anti-fraud systems (rate-limiting, activity simulation).
