Overview
IT_One is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and enhance a unified CI/CD platform for their next-gen software development platform based on autonomous AI agents. IT_One is creating a next-generation platform for software development based on autonomous AI agents — a distributed system of multiple services in Kubernetes with integrations in GitLab, LiteLLM, Langfuse, PostgreSQL, and Keycloak.
Responsibilities
- •Build and develop a unified CI/CD platform: pipeline templates, reusable components, quality policies
- •Automate the build and publication of various artifacts: Docker images, Helm charts, Python packages, frontend bundles, database migrations
- •Automate deployments to multiple environments (dev/test/stage/preprod/prod), deployment strategies via ArgoCD: blue-green, canary
- •Manage secrets (Vault/SOPS), certificates, network policies
Requirements
- •Proficient in Python as the main tool (CI logic implemented in Python)
- •Deep knowledge of GitLab CI: reusable templates, child and multi-project pipelines
- •Strong Kubernetes skills: RBAC, networking model, experience with managed clusters
- •Helm + GitOps approach: experience with ArgoCD (or Flux) in production
