Main Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Kindred platform and driving all changes through automation.
  • •Provide user support to engineering teams.
  • •Understand requirements and project KPIs.
  • •Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and infrastructure.
  • •Set up tools and required infrastructure.
  • •Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
  • •Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible.
  • •Incident management and root cause analysis.
  • •Support, develop, and deliver a platform to the organization that follows DevOps principles.
  • •Support the team in the company CCoE and help implement controls and operational best practice for cloud users.
  • •Keep up to date with compliance training offered by the company.
  • •Support and act in line with the company values.
  • •Share knowledge and contribute to team's documentation.
  • •Collaborate to achieve common goals.
  • •Follow the company processes, procedures, and methodologies.

Skills and Requirements

  • •Broad Infrastructure background.
  • •Ability to drive new technical projects & solutions with strong autonomy.
  • •Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools.
  • •Knowledge in online 24/7 Enterprise platform.
  • •Skills to review, verify, and validate software code.
  • •Understand Linux/Unix in general.
  • •Understand containerized applications and container orchestration tools.
  • •Experience within open source and appliance products.
  • •Understand how to work with large scale production systems and technologies.
  • •Software developer mindset, troubleshooting techniques, and solving problems through repeatable and testable automation.
  • •Understand both public and private cloud systems and services.
  • •Experience within shell scripting and programming language.
  • •Verbal and written communication skills.
