Main Responsibilities
- •Maintain Kindred platform and driving all changes through automation.
- •Provide user support to engineering teams.
- •Understand requirements and project KPIs.
- •Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and infrastructure.
- •Set up tools and required infrastructure.
- •Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
- •Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible.
- •Incident management and root cause analysis.
- •Support, develop, and deliver a platform to the organization that follows DevOps principles.
- •Support the team in the company CCoE and help implement controls and operational best practice for cloud users.
- •Keep up to date with compliance training offered by the company.
- •Support and act in line with the company values.
- •Share knowledge and contribute to team's documentation.
- •Collaborate to achieve common goals.
- •Follow the company processes, procedures, and methodologies.
Skills and Requirements
- •Broad Infrastructure background.
- •Ability to drive new technical projects & solutions with strong autonomy.
- •Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools.
- •Knowledge in online 24/7 Enterprise platform.
- •Skills to review, verify, and validate software code.
- •Understand Linux/Unix in general.
- •Understand containerized applications and container orchestration tools.
- •Experience within open source and appliance products.
- •Understand how to work with large scale production systems and technologies.
- •Software developer mindset, troubleshooting techniques, and solving problems through repeatable and testable automation.
- •Understand both public and private cloud systems and services.
- •Experience within shell scripting and programming language.
- •Verbal and written communication skills.
