DevOps Engineer - OTC Trading Platform

## What you'll do

• •Own production stability and incident response for the OTC Trading platform during US market hours
• •Technically onboard and support counterparties integrating via FIX-API
• •Manage the counterparty integration pipeline
• •Guide counterparties through the FIX conformance testing process
• •Gather feedback from trading partners and improve product and engineering roadmaps
• •Act as the first point of escalation for platform incidents
• •Collaborate with London and Singapore DevOps teams
• •Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability
• •Automate operational workflows
• •Contribute to runbooks and operational best practices

• •5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles
• •Experience communicating with external counterparties
• •Knowledge of FIX protocol, SQL, networking fundamentals
• •Strong scripting skills (Python)
• •Experience with low-latency or high-availability systems
• •Expertise with Linux production environments
• •Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• •Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana)
• •Excellent communication skills
