Description
What you'll do
- •Own production stability and incident response for the OTC Trading platform during US market hours
- •Technically onboard and support counterparties integrating via FIX-API
- •Manage the counterparty integration pipeline
- •Guide counterparties through the FIX conformance testing process
- •Gather feedback from trading partners and improve product and engineering roadmaps
- •Act as the first point of escalation for platform incidents
- •Collaborate with London and Singapore DevOps teams
- •Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability
- •Automate operational workflows
- •Contribute to runbooks and operational best practices

Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles
- •Experience communicating with external counterparties

- •Expertise with Linux production environments
- •Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- •Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana)
