What you'll do
- •Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions utilizing modern DevOps practices.
- •Collaborate with the team on existing projects, finalizing current functionality, and introducing new features to our CRM/ERP product.
- •Maintain and optimize production and developer environments to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency.
- •Implement and manage application orchestration using Kubernetes.
- •Establish and maintain monitoring systems with Prometheus and Grafana, along with managing log systems using VictoriaMetrics, VictoriaLogs.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, participating in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 availability and service reliability.
- •Manage databases, including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB and Redis.
- •Contribute to the enhancement of infrastructure workflows and provide support for PHP applications.
- •Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.
- •Set clear goals and expectations for team members, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
- •Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork among team members.
