- •Experience in operating and recovering Ceph.
- •Understanding of Kubernetes (control plane, scheduling, diagnosing non-standard situations).
- •Experience with clustered PostgreSQL / ClickHouse / Kafka in production.
- •Prometheus/Grafana - building monitoring and alerting, not just viewing ready dashboards.
- •Ansible.
- •Strong incident diagnosis skills.
- •Plus: LDAP/AD, Keycloak, OpenSearch, K8s operators (CNPG, Strimzi, Rook Ceph, Altinity Operator), Python/Golang.
