DevOps & Unity Developer

BIX TEAM is looking for a DevOps & Unity Developer to work on WELTKRIEG 1: Firestorm, a mobile multiplayer shooter set in World War I. BIX TEAM is a studio developing mobile multiplayer games.

• •Work on an active mobile multiplayer project
• •Opportunity to influence technical decisions and project infrastructure development

• •Confident use of Linux at the administrator level
• •Experience in incident resolution and vulnerability detection
• •Knowledge of the OSI model and understanding of network traffic
• •Experience with TCP/UDP services is a plus
• •Confident knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose
• •Understanding of Kubernetes (k3s, k8s, k0s, etc.)
• •Experience with cloud providers (Google Cloud, AWS, Yandex Cloud, Timeweb, Selectel, etc.)
• •Experience with CI/CD: GitHub workflows, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins
• •Ability to work with console Git

• •Strong understanding of Unity
• •Good knowledge of C#
• •Experience building Unity projects for server environments
• •Experience with Unity Dedicated Server / headless builds
• •Experience with the Mirror networking solution
• •Understanding of multiplayer development specifics
• •Ability to analyze logs, profile issues, and find causes of instability
• •Ability to write maintainable, understandable, and testable code

• •Experience in developing backend services in C# / ASP.NET Core
• •Understanding of REST API and API design principles
• •Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases
• •Understanding of authorization and authentication: JWT, OAuth, session-based auth, or analogs
