Description
What you'll do
- •Developing and executing Circle’s European payments partnership strategy.
- •Driving revenue growth and measurable OKRs tied to transaction volume and product adoption.
- •Owning the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, qualification, business case development, structuring, negotiation, and closure.
- •Expanding USDC and EURC adoption in cross-border payments, treasury flows, merchant settlement, and embedded finance use cases.
- •Structuring bespoke partnerships that integrate Circle’s APIs and infrastructure.
- •Partnering with Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering.
- •Leading executive-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders.
- •Building long-term ecosystem value by identifying scalable distribution channels.

Requirements
- •12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership roles.

- •Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ownership of revenue targets.
- •Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- •Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
- •Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
- •Willingness to travel across Europe (30–50% seasonally).
Preferred:
- •Experience navigating regulatory frameworks.
- •Experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or stablecoins.
