Director, Capital Markets Growth

Aave Labs is seeking a Director of Capital Markets Growth to drive institutional adoption of Aave's products, focusing on strategic partnerships and market development in the DeFi space. • •Drive institutional adoption of Aave's products, including Horizon.
• •Build strategic relationships with key partners.
• •Identify growth opportunities and shape product direction based on market and client needs.
• •Develop and execute Aave’s institutional DeFi business development strategy.
• •Partner closely with leadership, growth, product, engineering, risk, and marketing teams.
• •Build and deepen relationships with financial institutions and institutional partners.
• •Represent Aave Labs at key industry events and conferences.

• •Salary: $180K/yr - $220K/yr.
