What you'll do

  • β€’Lead the team in new logo acquisition, ensuring a relentless focus on pipeline generation and greenfield opportunities
  • β€’Establish company territory plans, team structure, individual quotas and patches for your team, including investment capacity requirements
  • β€’Report on revenue forecast and strategic GTM initiatives
  • β€’Drive the transition from "landing" to "expanding," ensuring that new wins are strategically cultivated into high-usage Databricks accounts
  • β€’Manage the front-line voice of Databricks, effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • β€’Inspire a culture of teamwork, leading with value and achieving desired customers outcomes
  • β€’Partner with cross-functional teams to create, implement, and manage a complete revenue and customer success process
  • β€’Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure the UK’s long-term success
  • β€’Utilise your business network to develop a pipeline and hire qualified candidates to grow the team
  • β€’Encourage learning and ongoing understanding of technical product details and our future product roadmap
  • β€’Establish a regional growth and investment plan in the first 90 days
  • β€’Develop and deliver our strategic growth plans in the UK, in collaboration with the regional leaders across EMEA, ensure forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business
  • β€’Establish and expand Strategic Regional System Integrator partnerships to support the development of our UK customer base and prospects
