## What you'll do

• •Lead the design and implementation of AML risk governance for digital asset products.
• •Establish oversight mechanisms to align digital asset activities with risk standards.
• •Advise on risk management related to digital assets.
• •Develop and enhance AML policies for digital assets.
• •Ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements.
• •Drive enterprise-wide control expectations.
• •Lead financial crime risk assessments related to cryptocurrency.
• •Partner with intelligence and analytics teams to monitor trends.
• •Provide strategic AML advisory to business stakeholders.
• •Act as a liaison for regulators and internal control functions.

• •Strong knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrency ecosystem, and VASPs.
• •Experience partnering with technology teams on monitoring tools.
