Key Responsibilities
- β’Open and facilitate strategic engagement with key law enforcement, intelligence, defense and regulatory agencies and with financial-crimes experts across the private sector.
- β’Serve as a senior advisor to agency leaders leveraging digital assets for operational missions and utilizing data to accomplish key initiatives.
- β’Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior agency leadership, industry experts, and legislative stakeholders.
- β’Contribute to institutional positioning strategies that reinforce Elliptic's credibility with government partners.
- β’Support product development strategy and roadmap execution, serving as an internal advocate for critical agency needs.
- β’Partner with the Director of Strategic Engagement on account strategy for Tier 1 government relationships, ensuring relationship-building and mission delivery reinforce each other.

What You Bring
- β’10+ years of experience within the federal law enforcement, intelligence, defense or regulatory communities, with substantial time leading or supporting financial-crimes or financial-intelligence operations β digital-assets exposure strongly preferred.
- β’A deep, active network of trusted senior relationships across the federal financial-crimes community (e.g., DOJ, FBI, Treasury/FinCEN, IC), and a track record of putting that network to work across the public/private divide.
- β’Deep understanding of the operational mission needs of law enforcement, intelligence, defense and regulatory agencies, and of financial crime with a particular focus on digital assets.
- β’Demonstrated public-affairs and communications acumen; comfortable representing organisations in press-sensitive, agency-facing, legislative and crisis-management contexts.
- β’Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain-intelligence data and operational use cases.
- β’Executive presence and cross-sector credibility β equally at home advising an agency executive, supporting a commercial pursuit, and speaking on a conference stage.
- β’Comfort operating commercially: this role supports revenue outcomes in both the government and enterprise businesses, and you should relish that rather than tolerate it.
