Director of Operations/Strategy

Divergence VC is seeking a Director of Operations/Strategy to manage daily processes and lead strategic initiatives in a remote, full-time role.

Divergence VC is hiring a Director of Operations/Strategy to help run the firm day-to-day and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across fundraising/LP ops, portfolio support operations, internal systems, and market-facing execution.

## What you'll do

• •Manage the fund's daily processes and lead strategic initiatives.
• •Oversee the operational rhythm of the team including planning, prioritization, and follow-ups.
• •Build and improve processes/systems such as documentation, KPIs, and workflow.
• •Coordinate external contractors in legal, finance, and tools.
• •Support portfolio projects through onboarding, reporting, and operational templates.
• •Lead special projects like market mapping, ecosystem initiatives, and events/community.

• •3-5 years of experience in operations/strategy/project management in startups, VC, consulting, fintech, or product companies.
• •At least 3 years in crypto/Web3 with an understanding of the market, players, and mechanics.
• •Preferably experience in fund ops, investor ops, portfolio ops, contractor management, and regular reporting.
