## What you'll do
### Strategic Leadership
- •Review, refine, and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with our business objectives in the rapidly evolving Web3 industry
- •Partner with leadership to ensure compensation and benefits programs support business growth while maintaining competitive market position
- •Drive data-informed decision-making through market analysis and industry benchmarking
### Compensation Management
- •Own all compensation programs globally, including salary structures, global job architecture, annual incentive plans, and merit, bonus, and equity processes
- •Lead the assessment, refinement, and ongoing maturation of global job architecture and leveling frameworks, including addressing legacy inconsistencies and role evolution
- •Develop and maintain sophisticated market pricing methodologies that reflect the unique dynamics of our industry
- •Ensure pay equity and transparency across all locations, promoting our commitment to fairness and inclusion
- •Oversee executive compensation programs and effectively manage Compensation Committee meetings in partnership with Legal and Head of People
- •Serve as a strategic advisor to Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership on the design, governance, and evolution of global Sales Compensation plans
### Benefits & Wellbeing
- •Design and implement compelling benefits strategies that enhance employee wellbeing and reflect our company values
- •Manage vendor relationships, including global and in-country brokers, for all company-sponsored benefit plans globally, including health and welfare plans, retirement/401k/pension, and others; proactively address visible gaps and issues within our benefits processes with internal and external stakeholders and collaborators
- •Design and deploy appropriate time off and leave policies and other ancillary benefits or perks aligned with our benefits strategies as we mature
- •Ensure regulatory compliance across all global jurisdictions where we operate
- •Partner and collaborate across the people functions to implement and administer employee programs
### Business Partnership
- •Collaborate with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, Revenue Operations, and business leaders on compensation frameworks and day to day matters across the organization
- •Build and deliver effective training and communications to ensure leaders and employees understand and value our total rewards offerings
- •Develop relationships and other mechanisms for gathering feedback and continuously improving our approaches
### Team Leadership
- •Lead by example and continue the development of a small team of compensation and benefits professionals
- •Foster a business-centered approach that balances flexibility and agility with consistent principles
- •Contribute to the culture and leadership of the broader People team
Requirements
### Experience
- •10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- •Proven track record developing and implementing global compensation and benefits strategies
- •Experience managing executive compensation programs and supporting compensation committees
- •Demonstrated ability to build and scale programs in high-growth, ambiguous and agile environments
- •International benefits experience across multiple countries/regions
### Knowledge & Skills
- •Deep understanding of global compensation practices, job architecture, and salary structures
- •Strong financial acumen and analytical skills for budgeting and forecasting
- •Knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- •Experience with equity compensation programs and incentive plan design
- •Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
