Director, Treasury

Gemini is seeking a Director, Treasury to lead their Treasury team, focusing on liquidity management and financial strategy in a rapidly growing environment.

The Treasury team at Gemini plays a critical role in supporting customer experience through seamless processing of customer deposits and withdrawals.

This is a highly strategic role with direct impact on financial resilience, operational scalability, and customer trust.

## What you'll do

• •Demonstrate leadership in Treasury management, including liquidity management and balance sheet optimization.
• •Oversee cash management functions and ensure sufficient liquidity and capital.
• •Develop and optimize funding sources and channels.
• •Manage risk exposures and develop pricing frameworks.
• •Partner with data and technology teams to automate processes.
• •Serve as a key partner to Finance leadership on financial strategy.
• •Mentor and develop staff.

## Conditions

• •Base salary range between $201,500 - $310,000 in NY, CA, and WA.
• •Discretionary bonus and equity package.
• •Hybrid work model with in-person presence twice a week in NYC.

• •12+ years of experience in Treasury or related functions.
• •Extensive knowledge of spot and derivatives trading products.
• •Strong analytical, financial, and systems skills.
• •Proven effectiveness in developing cross-functional relationships.
• •Leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
• •Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA a plus.
