Description

What you'll do

  • Partner with the global Talent Development team to design, drive and execute high-profile intern and full-time early career talent programs in Singapore.
  • Work closely with technical & business leads and managers to understand business goals and individual growth opportunities.
  • Manage campus talent mobility processes with data, transparency, and empathy.
  • Develop new educational programming & development initiatives for Early Career talent.
  • Partner with stakeholders in the global Early Careers ecosystem to establish alignment on program structure and goals.
  • Serve as the manager for interns and full-time campus hires during their onboarding and project work.
  • Contribute to ops/data/logistical tasks: onboarding, scheduling, communication campaigns, etc.
  • Propose, pilot, and iterate on solutions across the Early Career lifecycle.
  • Contribute to projects within the broader Talent Development team as needs arise.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Talent/Learning Development, Campus Recruitment or HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience in financial services, quantitative trading, hedge funds, or high-performance technology environments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.
  • Leadership experience & ownership of outcomes in people or project management.
  • Experience in diagnosing organizational and individual development needs.
  • Strong business acumen, self-directed, results-oriented.
  • Strong documentation and data fluency, meticulous data entry in systems like Workday.
