What you'll do
- •Identify, evaluate, and drive the onboarding of high-quality TradFi / RWA assets into Binance Earn
- •Research proven wealth management and investment product structures in traditional finance, and redesign them in a crypto-native way for Earn users
- •Work closely with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to assess product feasibility, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution
- •Translate traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts, with strong focus on user value, product design, and operational efficiency
- •Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings across TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products to identify new product opportunities
- •Support end-to-end product operations, including product launch, optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management
- •Contribute to product design by combining financial product knowledge, user understanding, and operational insights
- •Help shape product frameworks that balance innovation, compliance, risk control, and business growth
