What you'll do
- •Develop employee evaluation systems in sync with C&B and market practices
- •Conduct expert interviews and interact with stakeholders
- •Form job profiles and employee levels
- •Develop, test, and implement evaluation models
- •Conduct calibration of employee levels
- •Support the development and implementation of the evaluation interface
- •Prepare communications, onboard users, manage access, and report bugs to the product team
