What you'll do
- •Own the enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.
- •Lead government customers through the full enablement lifecycle.
- •Define and manage structured enablement and deployment programs.
- •Design and deliver high-impact engagements.
- •Guide government leaders and teams through organizational change.
- •Serve as a subject matter expert for designated products.
- •Develop government-specific learning journeys and training materials.
- •Provide timely education for product launches and new features.
- •Advise government customers on workforce communications and engagement strategies.
- •Build trusted relationships with government leaders and public servants.
- •Support government customer communities and events.
- •Identify and amplify government champions and meaningful outcomes.
- •Partner closely with various teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
- •Gather and synthesize customer feedback and engagement outcomes.
- •Identify patterns across government customers for scalable programs.
