• •Provides customer product demonstrations in collaboration with internal sales teams, focusing on product capabilities and dependencies, integration, and installation timelines.
• •Responsible for assessing customer requirements, ensuring products align with prospective customer expectations and needs.
• •Advises internal sales teams on product updates and valuable features to showcase.
• •Responsible for ensuring smooth integration and installation of customer contracted products; ensures contract and technical requirements are in alignment.
• •Counsels customers in identifying how offered products can fit into their current ecosystem.
• •Collaborates with internal teams translating customer feedback into product insights and enhancements.
• •Serves as the technical point of contact with customer prospects throughout the sales process.
• •Responsible for maintaining technical expertise on product functionality and practical applications of product offerings; participates in product test and release builds and provides feedback for designated channels.
• •Serves as liaison between internal teams and customers throughout the installation process; supports implementations, technical trainings, solution integrations, and escalation needs.
• •Collaborates with internal teams in creating configuration tools.
• •Performs other related duties as assigned.

• •Estimated starting compensation range for this role is $70,000- $75,000 USD.
• •Employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
