## What you'll do
- •Own and drive the backend architecture for all growth-related platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
- •Lead the engineering efforts on Campaign, Task, Reward platform, Lead Management and CRM Infrastructure.
- •Lead and mentor backend engineering teams across multiple growth verticals, promoting best practices and high-quality code delivery.
- •Collaborate with Growth Product Managers, Marketing, Data, and BI teams to translate growth strategies into robust backend solutions.
- •Oversee system integration with third-party marketing, analytics, and automation platforms.
- •Establish engineering excellence standards for code quality, observability, automation, security, and performance.
- •Identify and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve the effectiveness of growth engineering.

Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- •10+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role in growth or marketing technology teams.
- •Proven experience leading backend engineering for growth systems such as campaign, task, reward, referral programs or affiliate programs stacks.
- •Deep hands-on experience with micro-services, distributed systems, data pipelines, and API development.
- •Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and modern backend architectures.
- •Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (CRM, ad tracking, attribution, affiliate management platforms).
- •Experience working closely with Growth, Marketing, and Data teams to enable data-driven growth strategies.
- •Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
