What you'll do
- •Lead, mentor, and develop a mobile engineering team, driving ownership and accountability across project milestones.
- •Provide hands-on technical guidance on mobile development, architecture, and engineering best practices.
- •Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows across the team - from code generation and review to testing and incident analysis with a goal to raise the quality and velocity of delivery.
- •Own end-to-end delivery of mobile features and initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business objectives.
- •Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on goals and execute effectively.
- •Serve as the go-to technical expert for complex mobile challenges, maintaining the robustness and scalability of our applications.
