## What you'll do
- •Lead cross-functional streams responsible for play.immutable.com.
- •Drive player onboarding, engagement, and retention at scale.
- •Set and enforce best practices for delivery velocity and execution quality.
- •Define the platform's technical direction.
- •Coach engineers with consistent feedback and mentorship.

Requirements
- •2+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
- •Strong full-stack engineering background.
- •Proficient in React, TypeScript, Go.
- •Experience building consumer-facing products.
