What you'll do
- •Analyze incoming requests for new features, validate them, and translate them into clear technical requirements aligned with product and business goals
- •Collaborate with other development teams to ensure proper integration of solutions and reliable delivery of functionality
- •Work with the project manager to define the technical approach to implementing tasks and align on timelines
- •Participate in hiring: conduct technical interviews and help onboard new developers
- •Oversee the design and development of backend and frontend components, ensuring architectural consistency of solutions
- •Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of the team’s engineering practices
- •Hold regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews, and support the professional growth of the team
- •Work with DevOps engineers on the release process and CI/CD setup
