Engineering Manager - Platform (FinHub - Financial Intelligence)

• •Lead and grow a team of 6 engineers across multiple levels, coaching on technical excellence, career development, and organizational impact.
• •Drive the re-architecture of core account and history systems to support new product primitives and higher throughput demands.
• •Own the Finhub Tools roadmap, building internal UIs, dashboards, and agentic workflows.
• •Shape architectural decisions across distributed systems, streaming pipelines, and full-stack tooling.
• •Collaborate with product, finance, and engineering leadership to define and execute a quarterly roadmap.
• •Partner with the talent organization to recruit exceptional engineers and own engineering quality processes.
