You'll build and lead an engineering team shipping cross-asset trading systems, unified account infrastructure, and new regulatory integrations — greenfield work on top of Coinbase's scale.
## What you'll do
- •Build and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- •Own the technical roadmap for cross-asset trading systems.
- •Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and senior leadership.
- •Coach and develop direct reports.
- •Drive engineering excellence and make architectural decisions.
- •Be a hands-on technical leader when needed.
## Conditions
- •Annual base salary range: $218,025 - $256,500 USD.
- •Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.

Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in software engineering.
- •2+ years of engineering management experience.
