## What you'll do

• •Own the technical roadmap for Tax Engineering, driving architecture and execution for tax compliance.
• •Lead and grow a team of 12 engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• •Build tax primitives for new products, ensuring extensible architecture.
• •Partner cross-functionally to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• •Drive delivery of mission-critical systems with accuracy and reliability.
• •Shape engineering processes for fast, high-quality execution.
• •Build the team by attracting and hiring exceptional talent.

• •7+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in distributed systems.
• •2+ years of engineering management experience.
• •Technical depth equivalent to a Staff Engineer.

• •Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and data pipelines.
• •Experience partnering cross-functionally to translate requirements into solutions.
• •Ability to use generative AI tools responsibly.
