Engineering Manager - Tax Platform

Coinbase is hiring an Engineering Manager for their Tax Platform team to lead a 12-person team in building tax infrastructure for new products.

Remote position in Canada with a salary range of $142K-$238K.

## What you'll do

• •Own the technical roadmap for Tax Engineering.
• •Lead and grow a high-performing team of 12 engineers.

• •7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• •2+ years of engineering management experience.
• •Technical depth equivalent to a Staff Engineer.
• •Proven experience building data-intensive systems.
• •Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture.
• •Experience partnering cross-functionally.
• •Ability to use generative AI tools responsibly.
