Description
What you'll do
- β’Own a focused portfolio of high-value enterprise opportunities from initial outreach through commercial close and long-term expansion
- β’Build trusted relationships with sophisticated institutional counterparties, including regulated financial and market infrastructure participants
- β’Lead commercial and technical conversations with business, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- β’Translate enterprise requirements into actionable product and technical feedback for internal teams
- β’Partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and leadership to navigate technical diligence, compliance considerations, and commercial structuring
- β’Drive enterprise integrations from early technical scoping through launch
- β’Help shape Risk Labsβ enterprise go-to-market strategy for prediction market infrastructure
- β’Represent Risk Labs externally in strategic conversations, industry events, and ecosystem partnerships

Requirements
Core Requirements
- β’7+ years in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, technical commercial roles, or similar
- β’Strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals with sophisticated institutional buyers
- β’Strong technical fluency and comfort leading technical product conversations independently
- β’Ability to understand APIs, system integrations, infrastructure concepts, blockchain architecture, and technical implementation workflows
- β’Strong product judgment and ability to translate customer requirements into clear product direction
- β’Excellent executive communication and commercial judgment
- β’Ability to operate independently in ambiguity with high ownership
Nice to have
- β’Experience working with financial institutions, exchanges, brokers, derivatives businesses, fintech infrastructure providers, or other regulated market participants
- β’Familiarity with US market regulation and frameworks relevant to institutional trading environments (e.g. CFTC, DCMs, DCOs)
- β’Comfort reading smart contract logic, navigating blockchain explorers, and reasoning about technical systems without requiring heavy engineering support
- β’Experience navigating enterprise compliance, procurement, and legal processes
- β’Exposure to prediction markets, blockchain infrastructure, oracle systems, or crypto-native products
