Description

Responsibilities

  • โ€ขOwn the events calendar end-to-end: decide which conferences Morpho attends, who goes, what objectives each event serves, and coordinate with Growth, BD, and leadership on follow-up so every attendance ties back to clear business outcomes.
  • โ€ขPlan and run hosted experiences around key industry events: own venue, merch, gifts, guest list, and all production details that shape what attendees remember.
  • โ€ขLead Morpho-owned conferences: own concept, format, programming, production, and execution from zero to live.
  • โ€ขTrack and manage speaking and sponsorship opportunities: surface the ones worth pursuing, manage external organizers and partners, and coordinate Morpho's presence across all touchpoints.
  • โ€ขSupport the operations team on internal events and offsites: the gatherings that bring the team together throughout the year, including merch coordination.
  • โ€ขEvolve the Morpho events playbook: build repeatable formats for different event tiers, create clear outcome frameworks, and raise the overall standard of how Morpho shows up.

Requirements

Must-have Experience & Skills

  • โ€ข5+ years as an events operator: has run demand gen events, hosted gatherings, and larger-scale productions end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
  • โ€ข3+ years in the crypto or web3 space: understands the ecosystem, the players, the culture, and how events work differently here than in traditional industries.
  • โ€ขCommercial mindset: defines objectives before every event, drives follow-up, and measures outcomes in terms of pipeline and relationships, not just attendance or aesthetics.
  • โ€ขStrong project management across multiple workstreams: can coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and production partners simultaneously without things slipping.
  • โ€ขHands-on and low ego: willing to carry boxes, set up the merch stand, and run logistics on the day, as well as set the strategy the week before.
  • โ€ขComfortable operating in fast-changing contexts with partial information and shifting priorities.
  • โ€ขClear and crisp async communication with cross-functional teams.
  • โ€ขOwnership and autonomy: high surface area role with limited overhead.
