Requirements
Must-have experience and skills
- •3+ years of experience in events marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorships, or experiential marketing, ideally within crypto, technology, sports, or entertainment.
- •Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organisation.
- •Hands-on experience coordinating with external vendors, agencies, venues, and event partners to support successful event delivery.
- •Experience working closely with creative teams, including developing briefs, reviewing creative assets and proofs, and supporting the production of branded merchandise and printed materials.
- •Proactive, resourceful, and highly organised, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
- •Comfortable collaborating across global teams and time zones, with willingness to travel to support events and activations as required.
Nice-to-have experience
- •Experience working in sports marketing or supporting partnerships with sports properties, talent, athletes, or entertainment brands.
- •Experience supporting activations across multiple markets, with an understanding of how to localise brand experiences and content for different audiences and cultural contexts.
