Paradigm is seeking an Events leader to create and operationalize engaging events that support researchers, builders, and technologists in the frontier of technology.

What you'll do
- •Plan and execute on a segment of Paradigm events, including production, programming, project management, budgets, and post-event wrap
- •Drive guest-facing marketing and communication strategy for events
- •Create unique experiences for a diverse set of high-performing audiences including founders, entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers
- •Own venue and vendor relationships and ensure all internal and external stakeholders are kept up-to-date on planning, schedules, and logistics.
- •Provide day-of event management to deliver high quality, successful, and professional events.
- •Support large-scale projects across the department
- •Navigate a fast-paced environment and execute on tight timelines to meet event objectives
