Experienced Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced support specialist for an international company in the astrology, tarot, and esoterics sector.

International company (6+ years in the market) expanding its support department.

Our projects are in the field of astrology, tarot, and esoterics.

## What you'll do

• •Communicate with clients via correspondence (no sales involved)
• •Schedule consultations and send reminders
• •Answer questions and assist until payment
• •Work in CRM and Google Sheets

## Conditions

• •Fully remote work
• •No concurrent jobs
• •Schedule: 5/2 from 09:00 to 20:00 MSK (weekends off)
• •Income from 50,000 to 90,000 RUB per month with no cap
• •Work in a cool, fast-growing company

• •Age 21+
• •At least 1 year of experience in chats/correspondence
• •Fast typing speed and ability to handle multiple dialogues simultaneously
• •Proficient in Google Sheets
• •Disciplined and ready for quick learning
