Facilities Technician

• •Provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company`s building systems and fix minor defects.
• •Supervise and escort specialists and subcontractors working with the building technical systems.
• •Monitor and replace light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed.
• •Make minor plumbing repairs, as necessary.
• •Perform basic electrical work and determine when an electrician is required.
• •Perform basic cosmetic repairs, such as local wall painting and putty.
• •Perform basic HVAC works and repairs, such as filters replacement.
• •Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.
• •Repair building’s hardware equipment, such as doors and windows.
• •Dismantle, install, and repair furniture if required.
• •Transport goods or equipment as assigned.
• •Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by Direct Manager.
• •Responsible for proper, high-quality and timely execution of job obligations.
• •Responsible for trusted work resources and items.

• •Secondary or vocational education is required for this role.
• •English Speaker.
• •At least 2 years of experience in building systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• •A strong sense of responsibility.
• •Ability to work well in a team.
• •Basic computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel.
