Field Engineer, Public Sector

Join Scale AI as a Field Engineer to work on federal AI projects, ensuring smooth customer experiences and building production-grade data pipelines. • •Build end-to-end data integrations that sync customer data to and from Scale's platform
• •Work with customers' engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, including input on API endpoint design and input/output schemas
• •Design and maintain playbooks, internal tools, documentation, and SDKs that set customers up for long-term success
• •Partner with engineers and Operations to resolve technical blockers, debug delivery issues, and own technical escalations from customers
• •Own the customer's technical experience throughout their time with Scale
• •Work with Account Executives and Product Managers to identify customer-specific feature requests
• •Develop expertise in large language models, 2D image annotation, and API integrations
• •Represent Scale and engage with customers at major events

• •Compensation packages include base salary, equity, and benefits
• •Base salary range for Washington DC/Hawaii: $180,550 — $226,550 USD
• •Base salary range for St. Louis/Suffolk: $150,400 — $188,000 USD
