What you'll do
- •Conduct field sales activities within your assigned territory to identify, approach, and onboard small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) merchants.
- •Promote and sell the company’s payment solutions (e.g., QR payments, e-wallets, POS terminals) to target businesses.
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with SME merchants to drive satisfaction, transaction growth, and long-term retention.
- •Handle the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, coordinating with Product, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth activation.
- •Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs) and commercial terms in line with company policies and objectives.
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant concerns, inquiries, and after-sales support.
- •Monitor merchant performance and transaction activity, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and reactivation.
- •Stay informed about local SME market trends, competitor activities, and business dynamics to guide sales strategies and execution.
