• •Accompany ambassadors in the field, providing mentorship and continuous support.
• •Create reports and follow-ups to ensure ambassadors meet their goals and KPIs.
• •Supervise daily activities of ambassadors, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• •Provide ongoing training and development to improve team skills and competencies.
• •Plan and coordinate team activities, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• •Maintain constant communication with other departments to coordinate efforts and optimize resources.
• •Conduct periodic performance and operations analysis, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
• •Implement continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency and service quality.
• •Report incidents to the HR department, ensuring timely communication about any issues affecting team operations.
• •Generate detailed reports on team results and performance.
