What You’ll Own
- •Full financial reporting: monthly, quarterly, and yearly, including revenue, balances across multiple currencies, and ongoing cost tracking
- •Reconciliation across crypto custody (Fireblocks), OTC/exchange conversion, and multi-jurisdiction banking
- •Treasury oversight across crypto and fiat holdings
- •Building out financial controls and reporting infrastructure as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- •Real experience with crypto treasury operations — reading on-chain transactions, working with custody platforms like Fireblocks, and OTC/exchange conversion flows
- •Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment, not a heavily bureaucratic one
- •Prior exposure to gaming, betting, or high-risk/high-volume payment environments is a strong plus, not a requirement
- •Based in or willing to work closely with a Dubai-based founder; remote considered for the right candidate
