Responsibilities
- •Ensure robust financial governance and prudential compliance.
- •Shape Push’s financial strategy and regulatory compliance framework.
- •Lead the Finance team’s operations for Push.
- •Manage financial risks, FX exposure, and liquidity management.
- •Oversee treasury policies, processes, and controls.
- •Establish relationships with regulators and ensure timely reporting.
- •Direct financial planning, budgeting, modelling, and forecasting.
- •Oversee accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities.
- •Support Push’s transition to a pan-European CASP model.
Requirements
Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA, ACA, or equivalent preferred).
- •7+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or related senior roles.
- •Prior experience in a PCF role or equivalent senior regulated function.
- •Strong background in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- •Deep understanding of blockchain and market dynamics.
- •Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and treasury management systems.
- •Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- •Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
