What you'll do
- •Supporting strategic initiatives within the finance team, including M&A, fundraising, and the evaluation of new deals and business lines
- •Supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of acquisitions and investment opportunities
- •Building and reviewing financial models to support transaction decisions and assess new commercial opportunities
- •Supporting the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements with counterparties and suppliers
- •Sourcing and assessing financing solutions, including facilities to manage liquidity and margin requirements
- •Partnering cross-functionally with operational and technical teams to support the execution of strategic projects

Requirements
