- •Full support of financial operations: payments, salaries, bonuses, budgets;
- •Deep analysis of expenses and department efficiency (buying, farming, support);
- •Identification of "blind spots": overspending, miscalculations, non-obvious financial losses;
- •Control of cash flows and formation of quality financial reporting;
- •Forecasting, planning, highlighting optimization points.
Conditions
- •Office format in Warsaw;
- •Working hours from 11:00 to 18:00;
- •Training and benefits from the team;
- •Salary: fixed in USD, discussed individually.
Requirements
- •Experience in the Crypto/FX niche is a must;
- •Excellent numerical skills, calculations, formulas;
- •Ability to work with payments, currencies, cashless money, understanding of requisites;
- •Knowledge of P&L reports and Balance, understanding of double-entry bookkeeping;
- •Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets;
- •Ability to work with large data sets and financial models;
- •Systematic, attentive, proactive;
- •English at least Intermediate.
