We’re hiring a Finance Operations & Management Accounting Analyst at Kanzum — a B2B fintech platform providing cross-border payments and local account infrastructure across Africa, MENA, and Asia (think Wise Business for emerging markets).
What you'll do
- •Prepare monthly management accounts and support month-end closing
- •Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit processes
- •Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- •Monitor cash flow, payments, and treasury operations
- •Investigate payment-related issues and support clients with payment queries
- •Collaborate with Engineering and Account Management teams to improve payment processes
- •Help strengthen finance processes and internal controls
Conditions
- •Nice to have:
- •Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems
- •Exposure to multi-currency finance operations and payments
- •ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ACA qualification (completed or in progress)
