Responsibilities
- •Analyze financial results.
- •Fill in and improve operational and capital expenditure models.
- •Identify and explain deviations in performance indicators (plan-fact) down to the level of entries.
- •Write comments on deviations found, form recommendations, and present results at meetings.
- •Planning: Identify, justify, and calculate cost drivers.
- •Prepare, fill in, and improve models for operational and capital expenditure planning (annual budgets, periodic forecasts).
- •Investment projects: Maintain a register of investment projects, gather information from departments.
- •Calculate the feasibility of investment projects.
- •Additional tasks: Process Ad-hoc requests from functions/managers.
- •Formulate proposals to increase profit.
- •Upload plans/forecasts/feasibility studies into management accounting systems.
Requirements
- •Education: Higher education.
- •Work experience: from 1 year.
- •Computer skills: confident skills in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, large data volumes, building and optimizing calculation models).
- •Foreign language: not required.
- •Personal qualities: Proactivity, teamwork, result-oriented.
- •Knowledge of accounting principles, understanding the relationship between capital and operational expenses, and working with reserves.
- •Ability to analyze financial results (trend, CVP analysis).
- •Understanding the time value of money.
- •Ability to quickly switch between tasks.
