We are developing a company in the field of crypto processing and looking for an experienced Financial Manager to build a transparent financial system and ensure the stable operation of the financial block.
Responsibilities
- •Managing and controlling Cash Flow
- •Weekly reconciliations and financial reporting
- •Maintaining financial records and interacting with accounting
- •Controlling cash movements
- •Preparing financial data for the CEO
- •Participating in optimizing financial processes and reporting
- •Maintaining order in financial documentation
Conditions
- •Fully remote work format
- •Schedule: from 10:00 to 20:00
- •Cooperation format — by oral agreement
- •Probation period: 1 month — 1000 USDT
- •After the probation period: 1500–2000 USDT (depending on experience and results)
- •Opportunity for long-term cooperation and development within the company
Requirements
- •Higher economic education
- •Experience as a Financial Manager for at least 3 years
- •Proficient in Excel (mandatory)
- •Experience with accounting and financial reporting
- •Systematic thinking and attention to detail
- •Initiative and independence in work
- •English language is an advantage but not mandatory
- •Candidates residing outside of Russia are considered
- •Experience in cryptocurrency, crypto processing, payment services, or fintech is a significant advantage
- •Looking for a specialist who can work with numbers and take responsibility for the company's financial framework
