What you'll do

  • โ€ขRespond to inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently
  • โ€ขProvide comprehensive guidance and support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service performance
  • โ€ขUse internal tools and workflows effectively (training provided)
  • โ€ขEscalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team with detailed documentation
  • โ€ขMaintain high quality and accuracy in all communications and task handling
  • โ€ขHandle a high volume of tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • โ€ขWork from our office in Tbilisi โ€“ mandatory
  • โ€ขFollow a rotating schedule of 20 floating shifts per month, alternating between day (8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM) and evening (5:00 PM โ€“ 2:00 AM) shifts
