What you'll do
- •Complete oversight of the gaming floor during assigned shift.
- •Monitor the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error.
- •Provide supervisory support to team members.
- •Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met.
- •Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations.
- •Manage projects and deadlines.
- •Manage, supervise, coach and motivate team.
- •Time and attendance maintenance of employees.
- •Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases.
